1Use of the Platform
Ionlearning operates as an independent higher education discovery, comparison, and advisory interface. Our content, curriculum breakdowns, and guidance sessions are provided to assist prospective learners in making well-informed decisions regarding accredited online degree programs. You agree to use the site solely for lawful, non-commercial educational research purposes.
2Accuracy of Information & University Independence
Ionlearning makes rigorous efforts to verify all program fees, regulatory entitlements, credit structures, and admission eligibility against official statutory gazettes and university prospectuses. However, partner universities reserve the independent authority to revise syllabi, examination schedules, eligibility prerequisites, and fee structures at their discretion. Prospective applicants are advised to review final statutory notifications and university bulletins prior to completing enrollment transactions.
3Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, editorial analysis, design layouts, UI frameworks, code, and trademarked branding elements of Ionlearning Pvt. Ltd. are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party university logos, emblems, and corporate marks displayed on the platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective trademark holders and are utilized strictly for identification and editorial evaluation purposes.
4Limitation of Liability
Ionlearning Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from university admission selections, examination outcomes, university policy adjustments, or changes in statutory entitlement gazetted by educational regulatory bodies.
5Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
